The first thing I do to be healthy is eating a good diet, you can include vegetables like carrots, spinach, cucurbit, broccoli and celery. I try to avoid potatoes and peas. Also I can eat all kind of fruits and I try to avoid banana and mango because it contains a lot of calories.
It's important to avoid junk food, I prefer to cook with olive oil. Eat a lot of chicken and fish and eat red meat 2 times a week.
For phisical activities I recommend you to go to the GYM and use all the equipment to get a perfect body. You can run and take dancing classes. For example I go to the GYM once a week and I go to zumba classes from monday to friday.
A basic tip to be healthy is to take 2 litres of water or 8 glasses of water.
